The biplane with the registration code D-EEFB is a Stampe SV.4C with the works number 1077.  The aircraft was built in 1949 in Algeria for the French Air Force under a French state-run Sociéte Nationale de Construction Aéronautique du Nord license by the Algerian company Algérien Atelier Industrie de l’Air (AIA); engine type 4P03.
After WWII the biplane was purchased by a French aero club in the course of de Gaulle’s 1-franc distribution campaign.  Later it was passed on into private ownership.  In the year 1969, it had the registration code F-BJDV.
1969 the aircraft came to England. It was then given the registration code G-AXIJ.
In 1970 the aircraft as dismantled, shipped to California and given the n-registration code: N1322T. In 1976 it was and was completely overhauled and the fuselage given a new exterior and paint job.
In 1993 the Stampe was bought by David Newcomer and shipped to Norfolk, Va.  Newcomer flew the aircraft for 18 years. The registration code remained unchanged: N1322T, and the plane was kept  at the Suffolk, Va. Airport.
The biplane was flown as an exhibition piece and experimental in the United States.  From its construction in 1947 until today, the aircraft was flying.  At the moment, it is fitted with a Renault 4-cylinder 4P03 engine with 145hp.
In November 2009, Franz-Joseph Busse of Munich, Germany purchased the biplane in Virginia.  David Newcomer dismantled the aircraft and had it packed for shipment to Hamburg.  The shipment required a 40ft. container, which arrived at the Roland Rigling Historic Aircraft Works in Freiburg on December 1st, 2009. There the container was unpacked.  The biplane was overhauled, reassembled and prepared for German licensing.  The Stampe SV.4C with the new registration code D-EEFB can now be found in Schönberg am Chiemsee, 48.048116,12.503078. (Code: EDPK). In June 2010 the aircraft got the permit to fly from the German authorities.
The aircraft had 2.466 hours Total Time Airframe (TTAF) on Jan. 1st,  2009. Franz-Joseph Busse and his son Dominik Busse flew the aircraft after Major Overhaul in 2010 (TSMO Time Since Major Overhaul) and after change of registration to D-EEFB ca. 560 hours at ca. 900 landings until Jan. 2023.
